Pleasant temporary living in my4walls Serviced Apartments

Everyone who travels for weeks or even for months on business appreciates the advantage of a temporary flat over a hotel room. Especially when such a flat is not only attactively located, but also meets the highest standards of living comfort.

Like the my4walls Serviced Apartments in Hamburg's Winterhude district: directly opposite the 150-hectare city park and close to the airport and city centre, the 12-storey, completely renovated former office building from the 1960s now offers 143 exclusive flats and suites with 25 m² to 39 m² space. The project developer and investor ISARIA Wohnbau AG invested 31 million euros in the customised renovation and thought of everything: For example, 150 parking spaces, a 24-hour reception, breakfast buffet and a bar with fresh snacks, a fitness aera, a laundry and ironing room, digital premium equipment and self-storage for long-term tenants are available to short-term and long-term guests.

Anyone who comes home here after a stressful day really does feel that they are at home. Not least thanks to the sophisticated heating concept, controlled via a special version of the Oventrop Regudis W dwelling stations.

Durring the entire course of the project, Oventrop provided optimum support and instruction for the installer on site. We also took over the planning services/calculations for this project and intensively supported the engineer on site.

The Oventrop Regudis W dwelling stations control the surface heating with a flow temperature of 35 °C and ensure a constant room temperature throughout the year, regardless of the time of day or season.

Special version integrates additional heating circuit for convectors

In parallel, the Regudis W dwelling station in this special version operates an additional heating circuit for convectors in the bathroom and possibly in the living room via a 24 V zone valve. The flow temperature in this heating circuit is 55 °C. This guarantees that the guest can increase the temperature to his or her desired comfort temperature within a very short time - whether after showering or relaxing on the sofa, whether at 5 o'clock in the morning or 11 o'clock in the evening.

The hot water preparation is also optimally solved: it is also decentralised and demand-oriented via the Regudis W dwelling station. This eliminates the need for hot water storage, the obligation to test for legionella and - if there is less than 3 litres of water in the potable water pipe - a circulation pipe.

In addition, the Regudis W does not only save valuable space through wall installation, but also investment costs compared to the use of wall-mounted heaters and gas boilers. The Regudis W dwelling station convinces with low installation effort, low maintenance and many individually adjustable functions.
