Oventrop very much regrets the cancellation of the ISH in 2021 as a presence trade fair, but we can understand this decision in view of the current situation. The safety of trade fair visitors and exhibitors is the top priority. Nevertheless, the decision by the Messe Frankfurt is also a painful step. As the world's leading trade fair, the ISH is an important and permanent appointment in the calendar of the SHK sector.

This is why we see the announcement that the ISH in 2021 will now be held as a digital trade fair as an important and correct signal to the market. After all, the ISH is not cancelled, it will just present itself on a digital platform in 2021. Oventrop sees great opportunities: The use of digital channels offers opportunities to break new ground and reach an even wider audience of professionals.

Oventrop is convinced that the ISH will live up to its claim to be the world's leading trade fair for the SHK sector also digitally. Oventrop will play its part and is looking forward to an exciting exchange and competition – this time at the digital ISH in 2021.
