Aquastrom K cold water circulation valve
Thermal circulation valve for hydronic balancing in chilled potable water and service water systems.
Above the set temperature, the valve opens and automatically increases the cold water volume flow. The valve thus enables automatic, thermally controlled hydronic balancing in cold water circulation pipes. This ensures the provision of cooled potable water at every draw-off point in the system.
Both sides internal thread according to EN 10226-1 for false ceilings.

Aquastrom VT thermal circulation valve with presetting of the control temperature for thermal control and with presetting of the residual volume flow for hydronic balancing in circulation pipes according to DVGW work sheet W551/W553.
Thermal control:
Recommended control range: 55 °C to 60 °C (max. control range: 50 °C to 65 °C, control accuracy ±1 °C)
For a preset temperature (e.g. 57 °C), the valve reduces the volume flow from this temperature to a residual value, which is to be determined from the calculation regulations according to the DVGW work sheet and can be set accordingly on the valve. The valve also supports automatic thermal disinfection. Approx. 6 °C above the set temperature, the volume flow increases again and is reduced to the residual volume flow again from approx. 16 °C above the set temperature. The reduction back to the residual volume flow ensures that the downstream system sections are also supplied with a disinfection volume flow due to the restored hydronic balance. The valve thus optimally supports the thermal disinfection of the circulation system. At the end of the disinfection phase, the valve returns to its initial position.
Incl. insulation complying with fire protection class B1 and thermometer.

Electronically controlled product assembly with heat exchanger for the hygienic heating of potable water according to the continuous flow principle. The potable water is heated at the moment it is needed: Just in time. For connection to the buffer storage cylinder. Depending on the temperature and the volume flow on the potable water side, the circulation pump on the primary side is speed-controlled.
The plate heat exchanger meets the requirements of the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). Due to the turbulent flow guidance, a good self-cleaning effect is achieved and thus contamination is prevented.
The plate heat exchanger can be flushed using the fill and drain cocks integrated in the primary and secondary circuit. The potable water circuit is protected by a 10 bar safety valve. The fittings of the heat exchanger system have flat sealing connections, are ready mounted on a support plate and tested for leaks.
The Regtronic RQ controller is fully wired with the internal electrical components and has a data bus (S-bus) for connection to the CS-BS data logger.
