Toc Heating oil filter / deaerator combinations and heating oil deaerators

Toc heating oil deaerators are used in oil firing systems (suction operation) that are operated as one pipe system with return flow feed. A return pipe to the tank is not necessary. The Toc supports a trouble-free oil supply to the burner by a high venting capacity. Pure heating oil deaerators (Toc-Uno) as well as heating oil filter/heating oil deaerator combinations (Toc-Duo-3) are available.

The installation is permitted below and above the oil level.

All Toc-Uno and Toc-Duo are supplied with wall bracket and are suitable for heating oil with “alternative additives” or an organic content of up to 20 % according to DIN SPEC 51603-6. The models with deaerator cap and filter cup made of metal are also suitable for EL A Bio heating oil according to DIN SPEC 51603-6 with up to 100 % FAME as well as for various low-viscosity vegetable oils.

The tank side connection G 3/8 internal thread is suitable for OV compression fittings 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm.
