Regumat RTAF-180 station for return temperature increase

For electronic control of the return temperature of solid fuel and pellet boilers.

The three-way mixing valve integrated in the return initially directs the medium heated in the boiler completely back into the boiler until the set return temperature is reached at the sensor. The boiler thus quickly reaches the required temperature (recommendation: 50 °C to 60 °C).

The the actuator opens with valve in the direction of the heating circuit so that the heated medium is directed to the connected components. By setting the control sensivity, the reaction of the actuator to a temperature change at the sensor can be selected according to the inertia of the system. The four temperature ranges are used to limit the temperature that can be set (20 °C to 80 °C, 0 °C to 95 °C, 60 °C to 85 °C, 25 °C to 45 °C).

With universal thermal insulation of modular construction.

Consisting of:

- Shutoff device with 2 ball valves and 2 thermometers
- Wall bracket
- Flanged pipe
- Thermal insulation
- Three-way mixing valve with actuator and check valve
- Pump ball valve at the pump inlet

Centre distance: 125 mm

Connection to the heating circuit: G 1½ external thread, flat sealing
Connection to the heat generator: G 1½ external thread, flat sealing

Recommended application: max. 40 kW (Δ T = 20 K, Δ p = 100 mbar)
