One pipe

Application: One pipe central heating systems with forced circulation, with ring circuits up to 8000 watts, regardless of the type of heating. The one pipe valves and connection fittings allow for an efficient, cost-saving installation and easy dimensioning of one pipe heating systems. The infinitely presettable bypass allows for an optimal economical design of the entire heating system. The radiator fitting of the one pipe connection piece can be either a brass fitting or an insulating fitting. The insulating fitting largely prevents even small radiators from heating up due to the heat flow through the radiator fitting when the thermostatic valve is closed. The possibility of shutting off the supply and return to the radiator means that it can also be removed while the heating system is running.

Unofix Refurbishment of one pipe heating systems

The Unofix system for the refurbishment of one pipe heating systems is based on the differential pressure independent control valve Cocon QTZ. It is available in different variants: As basic variant Unofix QB with pure volume flow limitation or as Unofix QT with additional actuator and room thermostat with time interval for e.g. night setback. The third variant Unofix QR has a return temperature limitation to maintain the temperature spread in partial load operation of the one pipe heating circuit. Two different spacers with fixed or adjustable minimum stroke are available for Unofix QR to ensure the residual volume flow.

The Bypass Combi Uno system is used in one pipe central heating systems with forced circulation, with ring circuits up to 8000 watts, regardless of the type of heating.

A one pipe connection piece, a connecting pipe and a reversed angle valve, a double angle valve or a straight valve with elbow, as well as a compression fitting set are required for the implementation. If the thermostat is to face forward, the double angle valve or the straight valve with elbow must be selected instead of the reversed angle valve. The thermostat must be ordered separately.

Three-way conversion valves

The three-way conversion valves are suitable for one pipe heating systems with forced circulation and are often used in housing construction in the new Federal states. The body is made of nickel plated bronze/brass. The valve insert is made of brass and the spindle and spring of stainless steel. The valve disc has a soft seal. The pipe connections are designed with flat-sealing external thread. When the valve closes, the flow through the radiator is reduced and the flow through the bypass is increased and vice versa. The three-way conversion valves are supplied with a plastic protection cap, which serves as protection and for manual operation during the construction period. The subsequent temperature control is carried out by a thermostat. All thermostats with connection thread M 30 x 1.5 can be used.
