How to make your

private home smart

It works without any barriers: We are part of the wibutler alliance, in which leading brands from various industries have joined forces to conveniently automate the private home, including appliances and home technology. Our modular hydraulic solutions, such as our wireless actuator or wireless thermostat, are part of this system. The room temperature can thus be controlled via the wibutler app. Here you can learn more about our solutions for a smart indoor climate.

Our modular offer
for larger units

Energy-efficient, cost-saving and comfortable building management succeeds with smart building automation. For heat generation, heat storage and heat distribution in larger units and functional buildings, we have pioneering and reliable modular solutions, for example for:

•    individual room temperature control
•    potable water circulation
•    Hydronic balancing

What is the difference
between smart home and smart building?

A smart home is a private home that offers its users more comfort through digitalisation and thus increases the quality of living. The home technology - with the central components of heating, cooling and lighting - is networked and automated, and compatible appliances such as the washing machine can also be integrated into the smart home. This can reduce the overall energy consumption of the house and has other advantages: For example, the sun shades automatically lower when the position of the sun requires it, or the meter reading can also be automatically transmitted to the energy provider. A smart home can usually be controlled via an app or a central control unit.

Smart building refers to an intelligently networked and automated functional building - for example shopping malls, office buildings or schools. Here, too, the aim is to reduce energy consumption and increase comfort through networking - but also to increase safety. The entire building management, i.e. the monitoring, control and operation of the technical building equipment, is made more efficient and safer by smart solutions.
