DynaTemp CW-BS Thermal balancing in potable water circulation systems

The control unit (DDC) assumes optimisation tasks in the system hydraulics, which is determined here by maintaining a sufficiently high potable water circulation temperature (according to DVGW 57 °C). The temperature is sensed by the Oventrop  Aquastrom DT valve for potable water circulation systems. The temperature values of the sensor are transmitted by the bus-based field module to the DDC CW-BS control unit which transmits the control commands via the field module to the Aquastrom DT valve. A further task of the control unit is the control and regulation of thermal disinfection. Here, the control unit generates a start signal for the boiler control to increase the potable water temperature and then the pipelines of the circulation system are sequentially thermally disinefected. The operator of the system also has the option of automatically receiving the disinfection log and any fault messages by e-mail. Settings and temperature curves of the system can be documented in the control unit.

The control unit can be connected via BACnet IP to the building management system (BMS) for monitoring and visualisation tasks and can send warning messages via LAN or Internet.

Note: The FM-CW Plus field module (item no. 1153321) is required at least once per system, the Sensor LW TQ (item no. 1150090) is required at least three times per system.
