Regudis H Transmission stations for local and district heating networks

Regudis H Transmission stations

Regudis H transmission stations with plate heat exchanger for direct and indirect heat transmission from a local or district heating network to the potable water and heating system of detached and semi-detached houses.  The stations are equipped with an electronic controller for the weather-compensated control of the flow temperature of the heating system and simultaneous limitation of the return temperature to the heat network.

The stations consist of a plate heat exchanger, an electronic controller, a pressure independent control valve with actuator, strainers with fill and drain cock, spacers for heat meters, a safety group with pressure gauge, ball valves and a thermal insulation.

The compact stations are available in two performance classes and different connection configurations. They are characterized by a simple hydronic connection to the local and district heating network. The station is delivered with factory-mounted function modules, completely parameterized and tested.

OV+ networking of the transmission stations

Our OV+ products enable the modular extension and digitalisation of our Regudis H stations. This makes it much easier for installation companies to remotely monitor the networked local and district heating heating systems. District heating operators can even efficiently control entire heating networks. The OV+ gates enable the convenient reading and control of all control parameters with the OV+ cloud.

  • Monitoring the flow and return temperatures for optimal efficiency of the heating network and maximum customer comfort
  • Fast adjustment of the control parameters when efficiency or comfort, decrease e.g. by regulating the primary return temperature
  • Flexible operation thanks to various operating modes (e.g. manual) for rapid heat supply in the event of a malfunction
  • Early fault detection through temperature and status monitoring (e.g. relays, pumps)
  • Transparent operating parameters enable efficient remote monitoring and control of the entire system (e.g automatic error reporting)
  • Optional: Exact billing through convenient reading of the heat meter
