With the commissioning block, the surface heating circuit can already be filled, vented and checked for leaks during the shell construction phase. In addition, limited operation of the surface heating is possible with the fitting.
For this purpose, the flow temperature of the surface heating must be regulated via the boiler control. The specifications for heating of cement and anhydrite screed according to EN 1264-4 must be observed.
The flow temperature is not controlled and limited by the commissioning block, as is does not have a temperature control device.
The positioning and preliminary connection of the radiator (without function) is possible due to identical dimensions of the commissioning block and the Multiblock T-RTL/TQ-RTL connection fitting. However, the radiator cannot be filled and operated via the fitting, as there is no water-carrying connection to the radiator. This avoids additional filling and draining of the radiator before the following installation of the Multiblock T-RTL/TQ-RTL connection fitting.
