Hydrocontrol CS balancing valves

This lead-free CS circuit setter balancing valve is a ball valve style valve made of a low lead brass body and a nickel plated brass ball.
It is available in sizes from 1/2” to 2” with either FNPT or solder (SWT)connections. The valve comes standard with two pressure test ports.
These valves are compliant with ANSI/NSF 372.

Maximum working pressure: 400 psi

Differential pressure overflow valves

Valve for preventing pump noise and cavitation during periods of low demand.
Settable DP range 2 - 17 fthd.

By installing a differential pressure relief valve, flow noises are prevented in hydronic heating systems, when operating during low demand periods. A minimum volume of circulating water is maintained in installations at times of “no demand”, i.e. when TRVs or zone valves are closed. This prevents the pump from entering stall conditions. The differential pressure relief valve is installed in the bypass pipe between supply and the return pipe. The bypass is opened with the pump head exceeding the set value of the differential pressure relief valve.
