The Regudis W-HTE GT dwelling station with factory-preassembled electronic control and copper brazed stainless steel plate heat exchanger allows the energy-efficient and hygienic supply of a dwelling with hot potable water as well as heating water. Due to its narrow design and the connection configuration without junction, the station is specially designed for gas boiler replacement. A precisely fitting surface-mounted bonnet is included and conceals the station and connections.

The station is mounted on a base plate for surface-mounted wall attachment. The pipes made of stainless steel 1.4404 and the valves and fittings are made of brass. All wetted parts on the potable water side are made of brass, stainless steel 1.4401 and 1.4404 and potable water approved plastics.

With an asymmetrical arrangement of the stainless steel plates of the heat exchanger, as well as a pressure loss-optimised design of the station, the station allows particularly efficient operation and enables hot water volume flows of 11-21 l/min (performance range 1) at excess temperatures of 0-15 K (according to SPF test procedure).This means that the discharge capacities and excess temperatures can be individually adapted to the system parameters. The low excess temperatures make the station particularly suitable for operation in low-temperature systems.

The adaptive electronic control independently adjusts to the operating conditions in the overall system. The set potable water temperature is constantly controlled regardless of system temperatures, pressure loss ratios and required draw-off quantities.
The demand-controlled priority circuit of the multifunctional control valve ensures intelligent energy distribution for hot potable water preparation as well as for the heat supply of a residential unit.
In heating mode, the integrated differential pressure control of the control valves ensures efficient heat distribution between the stations. Hydronic balancing of the pipe network to the station is thus unnecessary.
In the event of a power failure, a failsafe mode is activated. In failsafe mode, the actuator closes the control valve to prevent uncontrolled heating of potable water.
A status LED indicates the current operating status of the station.

The Regudis W-HTE GT dwelling station consists of the following components:

  • Connection box for the power supply 230 V AC, rated current 50 mA, output voltage 5 V DC, rated output current 1200 mA, protection type IP 65, protection class II, overvoltage category III, ambient temperature 0 to 60 °C
  • Actuator with integrated potable water temperature control 40-70 °C, max. ambient temperature 0 to 60 °C, power consumption 0.15 to 3 W, protection type IP 54, input voltage 5 V DC
  • Volume flow sensor (enables volume flow measurement from 1 l/min)
  • Vent valve in the heating circuit
  • Multifunctional control valve for large flow rates with integrated differential pressure control valve and demand-controlled priority circuit for hot potable water preparation
  • Vent valve in the primary circuit
  • Zone valve for heating circuit control
  • Drain valve in the heating circuit with strainer
  • Copper brazed plate heat exchanger made of stainless steel 1.4401/1.4404
  • Hot water temperature sensor PT1000
  • Spacer for heat meter G ¾, 110 mm
  • Connection for derivative temperature control set M 22 x 1
  • Filter insert in the primary supply
  • Connection in the primary supply for the temperature sensor of the heat meter M 10 x 1.0
  • Ceramic valve discs for shutting off all connections
  • Precisely fitting surface-mounted bonnet
