Security of supply, energy efficiency, energy diversification – the energy turnaround poses challenges for trade businesses, installers and end customers that demand quick answers from the HVAC sector.
At the ISH 2023, Oventrop presented sustainable and future-oriented solutions for the energy turnaround in buildings.
The focus was on Oventrop‘s pioneering hydronic system solutions and stations, which increase the energy efficiency of building technology and simplify the connection of heat pumps and hybrid systems. With KRING as a strong partner at its side, Oventrop is expanding its product range and presented at the ISH 2023 ground-breaking solutions for local and district heating networks, which play a key role in the energy turnaround.
At the OV System House, Oventrop showed visitors to the ISH how the modular Oventrop solutions can be combined into well thought-out systems and thus create real added value – regardless of whether it is a new building or a modernisation, a residential house or a commercial building. From simple integration options for heat pumps to digital room thermostats and potable water and heat transfer stations, the HVAC professional will find Oventrop solutions to efficiently integrate sustainable energy sources into the system.
In addition, Oventrop showed at the ISH how HVAC professionals can make their work easier with customised services and software from Oventrop – for example with the planning and software support or the further training opportunities of the OV Academy.
With the OV Forum, Oventrop created an additional space for professional exchange and exciting lectures at the ISH.
The following modular product innovations and highlights were in focus at the ISH 2023: The new generation of HydroControl double regulating valves, the new FloorCon connecting block for surface heating and cooling, the ClimaCon F room thermostats and ground-breaking solutions for the expansion of the Regudis W-HTE dwelling station.
HydroControl: Reliability simplified
Oventrop has improved the HydroControl double regulating valves to make them even faster and easier to work with. Only one thing hasn’t change: also, the new double regulating valves are reliable and precise. And that for a long time in best Oventrop quality. The modular system offers nominal sizes up to DN 400 and thus enables hydronic balancing for every type of building and area of application.
FloorCon: Easy commissioning of surface heating and cooling systems
With the new FloorCon connecting block, Oventrop offers a system solution for the quick, easy and safe commissioning of surface heating and cooling systems: Simply wire, switch on, ready – without any manual presettings. With adaptive hydronic balancing, which is also permanently optimised in control mode, and demand-led flow temperature control, the FloorCon connecting block ensures additional efficiency in the entire surface heating and cooling system. The FloorCon connecting block is perfectly matched to operation with the Regudis W-HTE dwelling stations and ClimaCon F room thermostats.
ClimaCon F: One system, many options
With the ClimaCon F room thermostats, Oventrop presents a system solution that is easy to install and quick to configure. Their award-winning design shows what modern building technology can look like. The different designs range from a simple room thermostat that controls the temperature to a digital solution for heating and cooling that can be operated via app. The ClimaCon F room thermostats can be easily retrofitted and are also suitable for operation with heat pumps.
Regudis W-HTE: Pre-assembled, easily installed, controlled in line with the times
Die Oventrop Regudis W-HTE dwelling station is already setting standards on the market for decentralised hot potable water preparation. With the pioneering solutions for expanding the dwelling station, new functions are now being added. For example, with the instantaneous water heater module, which simply reheats potable water at low temperatures and thus makes heat pumps even more efficient. Or the new Duo heating circuit separation module – for system separation of the heating circuit on the dwelling side from that on the building side.
