Regudis W-HTE Electronic dwelling station
performance range 3, 25 l/min., heat exchanger copper brazed

The Regudis W-HTE dwelling station with factory-preassembled electronic control and copper brazed stainless steel plate heat exchanger enables the energy-efficient and hygienic supply of a dwelling with hot and cold potable water as well as heating water.

It is mounted on a thermally insulated lower shell for flush or surface wall mounting. The pipes are made of stainless steel 1.4404, the fittings of brass.
An optional thermal insulation reduces heat dissipation and prevents heating of the cold water by separating the hot and cold pipes. Insertable elements integrated in the upper thermal insulation shell allow recesses for the water meter, the heat meter, as well as the heat exchanger to ensure rapid cooling of the heat exchanger after a tapping process.
With the optional thermal insulation, the installation depth of 110 mm is not exceeded. All wetted parts on the potable water side are made of brass, stainless steel 1.4401 and 1.4404 and potable water approved plastics.

With an asymmetrical arrangement of the stainless steel plates of the heat exchanger, as well as a pressure loss-optimised design of the station, the station allows particularly efficient operation and enables hot water volume flows of 20-30 l/min (performance range 3) at excess temperatures of 0-15 K (according to SPF test procedure). This means that discharge capacities and excess temperatures can be individually adapted to the existing system parameters. The low excess temperatures make the station particulary suitable for operation in low temperature systems.

The adaptive electronic control independently adjusts to the operating conditions in the overall system. The set potable water temperature is constantly controlled, regardless of system temperatures, pressure loss ratios and required draw-off qunatities.
A demand-controlled priority circuit of the multifunctional control valve ensures intelligent energy distribution for hot potable water preparation as well as for the the heat supply of a residential unit.
In heating mode, the integrated differential pressure control of the control valve ensures efficient heat distribution between the stations. Hydronic balancing in the pipe network to the station is therefore unnecessary.
In the event of a power failure, a failsafe mode is activated. In failsafe mode, the actuator closes the control valve to prevent uncontrolled heating of the potable water.
A status LED indicates the current operating status of the station.

The Regudis W-HTE basic station can be individually extended with the following functions in a time-saving manner my means of a modular plug and play assembly concept:
  • Mixed heating circuit (flow temperature control module)
  • Simultaneous supply of an unmixed and a mixed heating circuit (heating circuit connection fitting)
  • Potable water circulation (potable water circulation module)
  • Electrical reheating of the potable water (instantaneous water heater module)
  • System separation of the heating circuit on the dwelling side from the heating circuit on the building side (Duo heating circuit separation module)
