AV 9 Presettable thermostatic valves

For manual hydronic balancing at the radiator in central heating and cooling system with closed circuits. Installation in the supply pipe.
The integrated AV 9 valve insert allows for infinitely adjustable presetting to adapt the volume flow to the required heat demand. The AV 9 thermostatic valves are available in angle, straight, reversed angle and double angle versions.
The body of the valve is made of brass and the surface is nickel plated. The spindle is made of stainless steel.

RFV 9 Presettable thermostatic valves with reduced dimensions

For manual hydronic balancing at the radiator in central heating and cooling system with closed circuits. Installation in the supply pipe.
The integrated AV 9 valve insert allows for infinitely adjustable presetting to adapt the volume flow to the required heat demand. The RFV 9 thermostatic valves are available in angle and straight versions. The thermostatic valve RFV 9 with reduced dimensions has been specially designed for use in confined installation conditions.
The body of the valve is made of brass and the surface is nickel plated. The spindle is made of stainless steel.

CV 9 Presettable thermostatic valves with chrome plated body

For manual hydronic balancing at the radiator in central heating and cooling system with closed circuits. Installation in the supply pipe.
The integrated AV 9 valve insert allows for infinitely adjustable presetting to adapt the volume flow to the required heat demand. The CV 9 thermostatic valves are available in angle, straight, and double angle versions.
The body of the valve is made of brass and the surface is chrome plated. The spindle is made of stainless steel.

ADV 9 Presettable thermostatic valves, self-closing in case of vandalism on the thermostat

For manual hydronic balancing at the radiator in central heating and cooling system with closed circuits. Installation in the supply pipe.
The integrated ADV 9 valve insert allows for infinitely adjustable presetting to adapt the volume flow to the required heat demand. The ADV 9 thermostatic valves are available in angle and straight versions.
The body of the valve is made of brass and the surface is nickel plated. The spindle is made of stainless steel.
The double function of these valves causes the valve to close automatically to 5% of the nominal flow rate if the thermostat is dismantled or destroyed (vandalism). This provides the frost protection function and prevents an uncontrolled rise in room temperature.

E Presettable design thermostatic valves

For manual hydronic balancing at the radiator in central heating and cooling system with closed circuits. Installation in the supply pipe.
The integrated AV 9 valve insert allows for infinitely adjustable presetting to adapt the volume flow to the required heat demand. The E thermostatic valves are available in angle, straight, reversed angle and double angle versions.
The body of the fitting is made of brass and the surface is offered in different colours. The spindle is made of stainless steel. With their exclusive design, the valves fit in perfectly with modern living room design.

A Thermostatic valves for high flow rates

For use at the radiator in central heating and cooling system with closed circuits. Installation in the supply pipe.
The integrated A valve insert provides a high flow rate, which enables use in one pipe, two pipe and gravity systems. The A thermostatic valves are available in angle, straight, reversed angle and double angle versions.
The body of the valve is made of brass and the surface is nickel plated. The spindle is made of stainless steel.

AF Presettable thermostatic valves for low flow rates

For manual hydronic balancing at the radiator in central heating and cooling system with closed circuits. Installation in the supply pipe.
The integrated AF valve insert allows for infinitely adjustable presetting to adapt the volume flow to the required heat demand. The AF thermostatic valves are available in angle, straight, reversed angle and double angle versions.
The body of the valve is made of brass and the surface is nickel plated. The spindle is made of stainless steel.
The AF thermostatic valve is used especially in heating systems with a high temperature spread (district heating systems) or in systems with small flow rates. A great advantage of the valve is the litre-precise adjustment of the flow rate at the radiator.

AZ V Pressure-balanced, presettable thermostatic valves for high flow rates

For use at radiators in central heating and cooling system with closed circuits. Installation in the supply pipe.
The integrated valve insert, which is also used in balancing and pipeline valves, provides a very high flow rate, which enables use for zone control in combination with thermostats or actuators. The AZ V thermostatic valves are available in angle and straight versions.
The body of the valve is made of brass and the surface is nickel plated. The spindle is made of stainless steel.

Manual regulating valves

The manual regulating valves for radiators can be used in one and two pipe central heating systems. They enable precise manual regulation of the room temperature. The heat output of the radiator is proportional to the setting of the handwheel. This sensitive regulation is achieved by a specially shaped valve plug. The presetting is infinitely variable. It is concealed and can be adjusted easily, quickly and precisely with a screwdriver. This makes it impossible for unauthorised persons to change the setting. The valve body is identical to other Oventrop thermostatic valves. This enables the possibilty of subsequent conversion to thermostatic operation by replacing the valve inserts. With the special tool Demo-Bloc the conversion can be carried out without draining the heating system.

The HRV manual regulating valves with presetting ensure exact hydronic balancing of the system. They offer good manual regulation and also the possibility of a later, problem-free and inexpensive conversion to thermostatic operation.

Replacement valve inserts

The valve inserts are suitable for replacement in thermostatic valves. The valve inserts can be preset for adaptation to the system requirements and for manual or automatic hydronic balancing. The valve inserts are suitable for all thermostatic valves, so you can benefit from the advantages of the different valve inserts at any time without having to replace the entire valve. We recommend our Demo-Bloc for replacement. With this special tool, the valve insert can be replaced without draining the system. Our thermostats with connection thread M 30 x 1.5, such as the Uni LH, Uni SH and pinox fit the valve inserts.
